sweet i really look forward to it, seriously. i think i would, i do love learning but it would have to be something i was really passionate about and at the moment i'm just feeling so jaded with everything i don't know what i'm passionate about anymore, it's a weird feeling. i'd love to do your course, it sounds unbelievable but i just think i'd suck at it to be honest... fuck yeah, its a decade man, thats a long as time. 29 for me. ew.

sweet. yeah i feel you, and you’re only 19! plenty of time to get it sussed. i was 20 when i started this and it’s graaand. yeah it’s a gross thought! 29 somehow sounds a million times better than 31 though.

thats amazing, sounds super interesting. you should seriously post more about it on this. can you post the film you directed? five years man, ill still be unemployed, probably arsing around trying to figure out what to do with my life. i wish i kind of had it figured out a bit more like you... ten years is too far away to even think about to be honest.

it’s being edited at the moment but will be done by the 24th, i’m gonna upload it then and i’ll post it here. there are a few stills from it i posted here a few days ago if you’re interested in checking them out, we have to shoot on campus in first year so that was real limiting.

Would you think about going back to education? everyone says it but now’s the best time to skill up and studying something that you’re interested in is real cool and doesn’t feel like a drag at all. the requirements for where i’m going were quite high but there’s a good few lads who got in after doing FAS and access courses for a year and i think that’s a real good way to get in to good courses. you get state benefits too to help you out with money as well(in ireland anyway), it’s not great but it’s something.

i dropped out of college about 2 years ago now and was doing flat out nothing for a while and know how that feels. but yeah, that was just a thought i guess. i can’t imagine 10 years away either, the idea of even being 31 is fucking depressing haha

what made you want to get into editing and script writing and all that? its just unusual you know

well i started making videos of me and the lads BMXing a few years ago so that got me into filming and editing. then i started a film and broadcasting degree last year so that’s really lit a fire under me. i wrote a script that got chosen to be produced in college so directing that was a sick experience too.

what about you anon? where do you see yourself in 5 and 10 years time? I want answers.
